What would you do to teachers on World Teacher’s Day?

It is widely known that Wai Kru Ceremony is a day where students pay their respects to their teachers. It is a beautiful tradition of Thailand that has been passed down for a long time.

In my opinion, I will bring the garland to the teacher on the Teacher’s Day. Moreover I will invite my friends in the classroom to make a Phan Wai Kru from flowers. It is the bringing of various kinds of flowers to decorate to make a pedestal. Foe example, flowers and incense sticks will be placed on the pedestal. Lastly, we will bring these items to the teacher, bow once to pay homage to the teacher and for the prosperity of the students themselves.
