Ajarn Chalermchai Kositpipat was born in February 15,1955 in Rong khun village, Chiang Rai, Thailand. He graduated with a bachelor of fine art degree in Thai art in 1977 from Silpakorn University. He received a gold medal from a national competition. Ajarn Chalermchai also held many of his own privet exhibition and participate in major exhibition both in Thailand and abroad. In 2011 ajarn Chalermchai was given the title of ‘Thailand national artist’ by the National Culture Commission of Thailand in the field of visual arts (paintings).Ajarn Chalermchai has always inspired me.
Ajarn means professor but it is also used to call someone with expertise in certain field
