Wine and champagne are part of one of the largest industries in France. Every year, 60 to 70
million bottles of Beaujolais Nouveau wines are transported from France to the world’s major
cities before being sold in France. 3rd week of November every year The Bojole Nuvo Red Wine
Festival (French pronounced ‘Bojole Nuvo s Tarivé) is an AOC (AOC) wine of the Bojole region.
France Produced as the world’s first wine of the harvest, this region’s wines have been made
continuously for many years. Mr. George Dubove initiated this festival since 1985. This is a oncea-year wine lover’s festival held across France to celebrate the first wine of the season. It takes
place on Thursday in the third week of November. This year it falls on November 19th in Beaujeu,
the capital city of Beaujolais.
In this festival you will experience how wine is very important to that region. People go there to
taste the best made wine from that region but there are also unseen activities you could go and
try. Firstly , you will be able to find exotic and amazing wines there it is made by locals in that
region. You could enjoy tasting the wine while listening to the beautiful jazz in the vineyard. In here
we also have activities for kids too ,such as wine bottles painting where you can paint wine
bottles with your creativity or making wine by its traditional way called ‘Pigeage’. They will make
the best experience for you. We also have a big parade. In the parade you can enjoy dancing
along with the marching music and other kinds of show. There is another activity that you should
not miss ‘ the Wine Auction ‘ are there for wine lovers and collectors. There are many types of
wine there. Staffs in the event are happy to welcome you.
I would like to see this festival in Thailand sometime. Wine lovers will come together. It will
probably be very fun.
