In April this year, I and my family flew to Phuket for vacation. It was not my first time there but Phuket is always my favorite holiday destination. We stayed at Anantara Mai Khao hotel which lies on the northern tip of the island of Phuket, a long stretch of golden beach fringed by lush national park. The pool villa is beautiful and spacious. The hotel offers a vast variety of outdoor and daytime activities such as biking, swimming, tennis, table tennis, games room, DIY class for kids, and many more adventures and excursions. At night, there is also movie theater in the pool.
The highlight of this trip is Similan Islands, one of the best-known island groups in the Andaman Sea. Similan Islands are home to crab-eating monkeys, squirrels, bats, lizards and a wide variety of birds. The water is crystal clear so we can see a school of fish with our bear eyes. Blue sky with purely fresh air filled so much ozone to me. I miss Similan and will sure visit it again.
I have planned our next family trip to China when the COVID-19 is gone.
