Overshift online work

I see him working at night and he seem to be sick. He works over his time and he is unhealty. He looked tired and bored doing work and he want some rest and enjoy his life not using computer 24/7.He is working with an over shift schedule and tired. I feel bad for him because he cant do anything except working in the same place making money for himself to live.
