Unlucky Day and unlucky man

The picture shows a man is falling down into the hole on road. There is full of water in this hole and no any warning sign board to notice to the passenger, only putting the small barricade. It seem to be dangerous for people who use this road and doesn’t aware. They might fall into a hole and get hurt like him. Someone who does this hole should make the warning sign and protect by the safety barricade. I suppose he would be safe and someone would save him from bad situation.
