Usain bolt

If we are talking about runners can’t be except the man who name Usain bolt. Usain bolt has broken a running record with a time of 9.69 seconds and was named one of the best runners in the world. Usain bolt was born in Jamaica he has started running since he was 10. He has interested in sports and may because of  his family that support him in what he interested in that make causing him to continually compete and can be able to keep winning championships often. He has the height with 198 cm when he was just 15 years old this height made him feel that he better than his friends. This cause made him don’t practice and maintain his body. Until one day  he has more experience and has more mature mindset he began to change his mindset and train his body be better again that make him destroyed running statistics with 9.69 seconds and own his 8 gold medals successfully. Usain bolt is one of the most successful athlete.
