Why world teacher’s day is important

In my opinoin world teacher day is very important for students and teachers because it’s the day when students show respect and love to their 

teachers.Most schools in Thailand celebrates Wai kru day in their own school. Wai kru day is very similar to World teacher’s day but Wai kru day
is celebrated only in Thailand for thai students and teachers.
