Wild Elephant attack people in the city

This is a picture of a big and wild elephant attacking the people in a city which may be caused by elephants in must or it hungry. However, this elephant has destroyed many people’s vehicles. causing many people to evacuate onto the flat to escape from the dangers that are approaching. From the picture, I think the scene of the accident was probably the address of a construction workers. The appearance of this elephant should be approximately 3-3.5 meters tall. The solution might be to have an officer come in and shoot an anesthetic at the elephant and bring it back to where it came from.
